Care that meets
you where
you are.
Stillpoint Integrative Health brings together acupuncture, manual therapies, shockwave therapy and other complementary approaches to provide individualized care for pain, injury, mobility, recovery, and overall well-being.
Treatment is guided by what you need—not by a predetermined protocol. Different approaches may be used individually or together, with care adapting as your needs change.
Acupuncture & Integrative Care
Acupuncture is at the foundation of much of the care at Stillpoint, with treatment individualized to help reduce pain, improve function, support recovery, and promote overall well-being.
Depending on your needs, your session may also incorporate manual therapy, cupping, gua sha, electro-acupuncture, auricular therapy, or other complementary techniques. Rather than booking individual modalities, your treatment is tailored to what you're experiencing, how your body is responding, and what will best support your goals.
This integrative approach allows treatment to evolve with you, combining techniques when appropriate rather than relying on a predetermined protocol.
Shockwave Therapy
Focused and radial shockwave therapy provide non-invasive treatment options for persistent musculoskeletal pain, injuries, and conditions that may not have responded to more conventional approaches.
Treatment is tailored to the tissue and condition being addressed. Focused shockwave can target deeper, more specific areas, while radial shockwave is often used for broader or more superficial tissues. One or both may be incorporated depending on your individual needs.
Shockwave therapy may be used for conditions such as plantar fasciitis, tendinopathies, chronic muscle and tendon pain, and other stubborn musculoskeletal concerns.
Craniosacral & Reflexology
Craniosacral therapy is a gentle, hands-on approach using light touch to work with the tissues and structures surrounding the brain and spinal cord. Treatment is quiet and individualized, with a focus on easing tension, encouraging relaxation, and supporting a greater sense of ease and well-being.
Reflexology uses focused pressure and massage techniques on specific areas of the feet based on traditional reflex maps of the body. Sessions are tailored to the individual and can help encourage deep relaxation, ease tension, and promote an overall sense of well-being.
